After you’ve contacted us and scheduled a meeting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link. Once we’ve had our discussion, if we’re both ready to move forward, we’ll send you a project proposal that outlines everything we discussed, including the timeline, process, deliverables, and budget. After you’ve reviewed and approved the proposal and signed the contract, we’ll schedule a kickoff meeting.
You’ll also receive onboarding materials, such as questionnaires and a place to submit any existing materials like photo and video material, testimonials and research.
We are using Asana and Google Drive to automate and organise all our communications and documents. This ensures nothing is misplaced, and everyone can access everything with ease.
